Under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the DPIIT- IPR Chair and the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC) at NLU Delhi in association with the Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) will celebrate the Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav from 25th November 2021 to 15th August 2022. In furtherance of the vision statement of the Honourable Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri. Piyush Goyal, the aim of this campaign is to reach as many university/college students, particularly from technical universities/colleges/institutes, and equip them with a basic grounding in Intellectual Property. As part of the same, a series of Master Classes on Introduction to L2Pro India E-Learning Platform for IPR Training and Awareness will be organised to promote IPR learning. Developed through a joint collaboration between Qualcomm Inc., CIIPC at NLU Delhi and CIPAM- DPIIT, the L2Pro India E-Learning Platform is a valuable means to impart IPR training & awareness across different proficiency levels viz., Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Levels. These levels, through their modules, their interactive lessons and assessments will introduce various fundamentals and practical aspects of IPR amongst the students, innovators, startups, MSMEs and entrepreneurs.
The Master Classes will educate the students regarding the importance of IPR awareness and also familiarize them with the L2Pro India Platform (Learn to Protect, Secure and Maximise Your Innovations) and will be conducted virtually by the DPIIT- IPR Chair at NLU Delhi.
