Open Science and Digital Inclusion in South Asia

This UNESCO funded project examines the challenges and opportunities for Open Science and Digital Inclusion in South Asia.

The key research questions that are explored through this study are –

  • What are the challenges for open science and digital inclusion in South Asia?;
  • What are the opportunities for open science and digital inclusion in South Asia?; and
  • What are the potential steps for strengthening open science and digital inclusion in South Asia?

The study will be focusing on four countries (Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka) in this regard and it will be using the mixed methods approach in research. The findings from the study will be published in the form of a report.
