Pragya has joined CIIPC as a Research Fellow in March, 2018. Before joining CIIPC, she has worked with the Copyright Office, DIPP as an Examiner from 2016 to 2018 where she has worked on examination of Copyright applications and as part of the research team working on analysis of domestic copyright law and preparation of copyright guidelines. She has been the editor of Insights, the blog of a legal-tech startup, PocketLawyer for over an year, writing and editing content on multiple legal topics. She attended Law Centre 1, Delhi University for undergraduate studies in Law and is now pursuing LL.M with specialization in Intellectual Property Laws from GGSIP University, Dwaraka. Copyright, Trademark, Media and Entertainment Laws are her core interest areas. At CIIPC, she will be working on the L2Pro IPR Content Development Project and the CIIPC Blog. Other than work, she loves to read, write, and travel.
