Prof. Jay Kesan is a Workman Research Scholar and the Director of the Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has served as one of the inaugural Thomas A. Edison Scholars at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
