Ms. Kruti Kachhwaha

Research Assistant

Kruti Kachhwaha is a Research Assistant at the DPIIT IPR Chair, National Law University, Delhi.

She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. With a strong foundation in intellectual property law, Kruti has interned at several boutique IP law firms, where she honed her practical understanding of the field.

Her passion for intellectual property is deeply rooted in her background as an artist, which continues to inspire her exploration of the intersection between law and creativity.

In her current role, she has conducted research on diverse and evolving areas including non-personal data governance, copyright and crime, and has also contributed to the execution of the LL.M. (Pro) Programme in Intellectual Property Administration and Legislations.
