This course provided a comprehensive understanding of International Intellectual Property Law, focusing on the WTO’s TRIPS Agreement and its connection with Indian IP law.
Participants explored transboundary challenges in technology (AI, Big Data), climate change, biodiversity, agriculture, and public health, including the WTO’s COVID-19 vaccine waiver. It offered experiential group learning through flipped classroom exercises, critical case analyses, and collaborative projects.
The program also delved into multilateral and bilateral IP agreements, including IP chapters in FTAs and India’s ongoing negotiations.
