Kruti Kachhwaha is a Research Assistant at DPIIT IPR CHAIR, National Law University, Delhi. She completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. Throughout her academic journey, she had keen interest in intellectual property laws, which she cultivated further by interning at several boutique IP law firms. Kruti’s interest in intellectual property stems from her deep-rooted love for art. Her background as an artist not only adds a unique dimension to her legal pursuits but also fuels her determination to explore the intricate intersection of law and creativity.
