Research and Programme Coordinator
Nishtha Sharma is the Research and Programme Coordinator at the Centre for Innovation Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC), National Law University Delhi. She completed her B.A. LLB (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Further enhancing her legal expertise, Nishtha earned her LL.M. with a specialization in Business Law from Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In July 2023, she successfully qualified the UGC NET Examination in Law conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
She started her journey in litigation and has over two years of experience wherein she adeptly handled cases related to civil law, real estate, and consumer matters. She believes holistic development is the key for a successful career in law and has consistently dedicated herself to this pursuit. With her academic inclination and unwavering dedication, she aspires to make a significant mark in the field of academia.
Her interest areas include Intellectual Property Law, Competition, Criminal as well as
Constitution.
